1. This Agreement permits you to use one copy of the specified version of the Software, for internal purposes only, on only one computer, and only by one user, at a time. If you have purchased multiple licenses for the Software, then at any time you may have as many copies of the Software in use as you have licenses. The Software is "in use" on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device) of that computer. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein.

2. You are not allowed to: (1) modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based upon the Software or Documentation; (2) copy the Software or Documentation (except for back-up purposes); (3) resell, lease, transfer, rent, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software or Documentation; (4) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software or Documentation. (5) The copy of software user received are not allowed to be transferred to or used by any other person. This license does not grant you any right to any enhancements or updates to the Software, nor any support services.

3. The Software is owned by Company and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software and Documentation shall remain in NewDigitalSoft, Inc. The copyright laws of United States and international copyright treaties protect the Software. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed through the Software including the content contained in the Software media demonstration files shall be retained by the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law. This license gives you no rights to such content.

4. Disclaimer of warranty: This software is provided "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of of merchantablity and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the agents or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if adviced of the possibility of such damage.

nice tool but it`s missing something

It is really a good tool for doing the boring work.
But if you could add one feature it will be a killer program.
Namely, to check the color of the pixel on the screen
under the mouse and the user to be able to choose in the robot steps whether he wants to click or double click.
This way you'll give eyes to the mouse.
And the program will be in use for some photo show workers too.

Excellent

Excellent program.. I use it to automate some tasks on a web browser game, and it works perfect, every feature I can think of (at the moment) has been anticipated.

Only issue is that it slows my PC a little (but then again, it IS a crap PC).
